Selig Enterprises has partnered with Landmark Properties to bring The Standard to Midtown. The Standard is a luxury, 19-story, mixed-use development catering toward the student populations of Midtown and Downtown Atlanta, namely Georgia Tech and Georgia State. In addition to 257 student housing units, it also offers over 10,000 sf of retail, including a Starbucks with a drive-thru.
