Shirley A. Gouffon, Senior Vice President has been in the commercial real estate field and employed with Selig Enterprises for over twenty-two years in a retail leasing and brokerage capacity. In addition to leasing 1.5 million square feet in the retail portfolio, Ms. Gouffon is an Associate Broker through Selig Realty, Inc. and has an exclusive listing on three of Atlanta’s premier specialty retail projects, Vinings Jubilee, Suwanee Jubilee and West Paces Ferry Shopping Center.

During her tenure at Selig, Ms. Gouffon has been actively involved with various professional and trade organizations including International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where she chaired the Southeast Conference in 1999; the Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA), where she held a board position for three consecutive years; Commercial Real Estate Women of Atlanta (CREW-Atlanta) where she served as President in 1997 and held a board position for six consecutive years and National Association of Office Industrial Properties (NAIOP) where she has been named a Top Five Producer for the last seven years and Top Producer in 1995, 2000, and 2002.
