Bill Stogner, Vice President of Retail Leasing, graduated from Georgia State University with a BS in Land Development. A 26 year employee of Selig Enterprises, Bill has worked in all facets of leasing, including office, industrial, and retail.

During Bill’s career, he has been active in various professional and trade organizations, most notably as Southeastern Program Chairman for ICSC in 1993, and as State Director for ICSC from 1994-1997.

Bill’s primary responsibility is to lease Selig’s existing retail portfolio and to assist with the development and acquisitions of new retail centers.
